Anyone else harvesting colostrum?

I'm being induced at 37 weeks due to gestational hypertension next Tuesday. I just started harvesting tonight and got my 1st ml, woohoo!! 
If you are harvesting too, how much are you planning on doing?

How do you do that? Pump? Sorry if this is a dumb question 🤦🏻‍♀️ I didn’t breastfeed my first because I was young and didn’t want to be “a dairy cow” I plan to breastfeed my son and I’m trying to research and get all the advice I can.

I am! I'm 40 weeks tomorrow so have a bit of a headstart. I've collected 12ml in total for the hospital, which might be about 2 feeds, and have a second lots which is at about 15ml that I'm keeping at home. The second lot will grow as long as I'm still pregnant.
Reason I'm keeping a home stash is because if it defrosts at the hospital and doesn't get used, it's done with and can't be kept.

I'm being induced on Thurs at 37 weeks too. Mines for gestational diabetes and a lazy baby.
Yep I'm having a go later today hopefully when I'm less stressed. Not sure how successful I'll be!
