Extreme crying at bedtime

My LO got his 1 year vaccines over a week ago, and the past 2 days he’s ran a fever and had a little rash. That has gone away, but tonight he SCREAMED at bedtime. He never does that 😕 The only thing different is that my husband wasn’t home, and a lot of the time we’ll switch off if it starts to take too long to get him down.

Could this have to do with his fever or shots? I saw that abnormal crying was a side effect of 1 year vaccines, but Jesus that was ridiculous. I’m talking a straight hour of ear piercing, coming from deep in his soul, screaming.

Does anyone have any experience with the 1 year shots? Or could something be wrong? It honestly freaked me out.
