Early labour?!

I’m 34 weeks today and since last night I’ve been having on/off period like cramps in my stomach. Kept feeling like I needed a poo but nothing there and constant back ache. I also had the tiniest bit (like small fingernail size) brown blood in my discharge. Could I be going into early labour? It half sounds like it from my google searches!

Everyone is different but same thing happened to me at 34 weeks and he came week later at 35 weeks I would say go see if there actual contractions

I had the same symptoms, and google told me pre term labor too. My dr said if I was havjng sharp pains that didn’t go away with resting or drinking water then I should call and go in but if it was just the cramps and stiff I was fine.
I had nausea too and even threw up a lot of fluids one morning.

I’ve been having the same thing since about 34 weeks. Im not 37w4d and 1 cm dilated, 40% effaced. Unfortunately this “early labor” can last weeks. Unless it gets worse, there’s really nothing to do.

Call your OB or L&D and see if they would want you to get checked out. Towards the end of my pregnancy I always had on and off cramps or Braxton Hicks and really bad back ache but never went into early labor. But everyone is different so just call to be safe.
