2nd period after 10days of first period anyone had this before?

Im usually regular cycle but this month I had my first day of period on the 8th... lasted a week as normal cycle. 3 days went by without any bleeding then I start to bloat up like I'm pregnant. Next day I start to spot and becomes heavier flow as the day went by. I thought it was only spotting but now today is 5th day if med to heavy flow... I am confused. I also have hypothyroidism so I understand the hormone issue but I am currently regulated to normal result... could I have had miscarriage?
