This is the resulting chicken. I named him scandal because he started showing signs of hatching at day 18

I still have 3 more eggs hatching. I just wanted to show everyone lmfao

I’m goin to be out so I’ll answer all the questions before they’re asked.

There’s more eggs in the first picture because not all of them had been fertilized. I had to throw quite a few out because they weren’t fertile= no baby

The hens they came from were so tired and nearly bald because I think the farm they came from had more than one rooster. They had no interest in sitting on a nest. However I did leave them eggs, and they ignored them. one of our original hens did end up producing fertile eggs too. That’s who’s scandals mom is and that’s why he looks different. I think it’s dad is our neighbors rooster.

I plan on keeping these baby chickens and naming them all. Theyll be free range and living in my back yard. They’ll all have very weird names.
