How do I know when I can use a hpt during an ivf cycle?

My retrieval is tomorrow, so I triggered last night with 80 units of leupron and 10000 of hcg. How do you calculate that to know when I can take an hpt and know it’s not the trigger?

You can test out your trigger (test until you get a negative then you’ll know it’s a true positive if you get one). Or you could just wait til 7 days after your transfer; that would definitely be safe.

I agree test out the trigger. The trigger lasted about 10-11 days for me though, so don’t count on it being out of your system at the same time for everyone.
