Listerine making inside of my cheeks peel?

I started using Listerine Total Care Zero mouthwash and every time I use it after maybe 30 mins to an hour the inside of my cheeks form this film and it peels off like skin. I have this with almost all mouthwashes and sometimes from toothpaste but not this much. Is this harmful? Should I stop using it? Can someone recommend a good mouthwash and toothpaste that won’t do this? I’m not sure if it’s damaging or not but it’s just getting annoying.

Maybe it’s the alcohol that is causing it. I use crest 3D white glamorous white it’s alcohol free and I also use it to whiten my teeth once a week. Just a little in the mouth and it will foam up basically hold it as long as you can and then brush your teeth.

Id call your dentist and ask, or try a less harsh mouth wash if it's bothering you
