What is this

Question

So for about 35ish minutes my uterus has been cramping off and on and the intensity has been fluctuating. I’m not bleeding or anything it’s just really uncomfortable. Any idea what this is, or has anyone else experienced this? Is this Braxton Hicks? Ftm here lol

Probably is Braxton Hicks.. they can start anytime in the 2nd or 3rd trimester apparently. I’m 20w tomorrow and I’ve started to get them randomly, usually in the morning. Up your water intake (apparently they’re most commonly because of dehydration) and if you’re getting uncomfortable I’ve read a warm bath usually helps relieve them.
