Do you think that when you're with the right person you just KNOW? Or do you think it takes more time?

Do you think that when you're with the right person you just KNOW? Or do you think it takes more time? I'm currently with a guy that I am head over heels in love with. I've never felt this way about any of my previous boyfriend's. Have any of you felt this way and just went for it? We are moving fast and i know we will be judged by our families, but it just feels right. I don't want to miss out on any more time with this guy.

Meh. I think people know they love someone and want to be with them. But I don’t believe in a “one” person and so many people “KNEW” and then break up. Such is life.

I just knew.
It was easy, I didn’t have to try and make anything work.
I was myself and that’s all I needed to be.
It’s still easy 9 years later.
I don’t personally think marriage should be hard 🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’re with the right person it should just work.

It is a choice. There is no right person.
There is wrong person. But there is no right person.
You chose to accept the person based on where you are at,  what you want, where you want  to go, what they show you, what you can take or not of their ways... It's a choice.
You choose to accept that person the way they are and build with it.
There is the" in love experience" those are the butterflies but that is not what makes it "right". Well at least dont make those the decisions makers.

Just because something “feels” right or good doesn’t make it right or good for you. It’s one thing to fall in love quickly and quite another to do something permanent based off of those feelings. I fell for my SO quickly but also gave myself time to know him.....we had long engagement.

I was with my ex fiancé for 4 years and everything always felt so forced! At the time I thought it was because you had to work on relationships, so the feelings always felt forced on one another;
But with my husband now, everything felt so natural, and the “work” that goes into our relationship is more about the outside world rather than within ourselves!

I’ve known my husband since middle school. I remember the last time I saw him. I didn’t know why but every now and then I’d think of that time. (It was in hobby lobby, I saw him with his mamaw, we didn’t even talk) well years later he asked me on a date and I knew the minute I got in his car that he was the one. Well 3 years later we are married with a baby boy!

With my husband I had just gotten out of an emotionally abusive relations shop and had absolutely no intention of getting involved w anyone other than casually. Anyway, much to my surprise after our first date I just knew. I had a lot of internal co flick for a short period of time, but about three weeks in I was all in. We were engaged in five months and married a year after that fateful first date. 
Sometimes I have dreams where I’m stuck with an ex boyfriend and I just feel so alone, like I’m missing my person. I wake up and thank God for my husband. Married 9 years in oct. ❤️

there was always something about my husband that drew me to him. i was dating someone else when i met him but there was just always something about him that kept him on my mind. when i realized he was the right one, i dumped my abusive ex and now i’m married 😊
