Where is everyone with potty training?

Started in March and I do still use diapers for nap and bedtime, but he’s otherwise potty trained

I voted not ready because while my big girl is ready by all accounts - physically and mentally has checked all the necessary stages -, she actively refuses to ever use the potty or the toilet.
She wanted to try around her birthday, and when she tried all forms of pee and poo (including pooping on the carpet...) she felt satisfied with trying all the new things and then refused to do it again.
I'm not going to make this into a battle of wills. I also know from discussions with her pediatrician, with other moms in the family and my own reading up in child psychology books and articles (written by modern, professional, researching and practicing psychologists) that nothing is wrong with her and trying to force her when she's still refusing to go on her own will only lead to problems.
Well diaper changing is a chore, plus I'm due in July with baby sibling and I really don't want to keep changing diapers on two stinky bums... But I was also told that seeing the tiny baby needing diaper changes could be the switch we've been waiting for, making our toddler realize that she could be different ("grown and big") in this.
I keep offering up the potty during diaper changes and around bathtime, when the diaper comes off anyway. Sometimes she wants to try but it's rare.

He was dry at 2,5 years dat and night by letting him walk naked for 3 days. It worked for our eldest and it worked again

We did Oh Crap Potty Training’s 3 day naked method our first month of Covid isolation so he’s been potty trained, including overnight since last April! 👍🏻 We’ve has a couple of weeks here and there we needed to use overnight pull-ups because of some minor regressions. He’s had a couple of big day time pee accidents and less than 5 poo accidents this whole time. Always when we’re traveling or super busy playing and I forget to take him regularly or check with him. He goes through phases where he’ll wake up in the morning with a bit of wet but he is good at stopping it once it starts. Only had a half dozen big bed wettings this whole year. When it happens we just go to pull-ups for a few days until he refuses them and asks for his underwear back.
Highly recommend that book.

We are trained except for night and naps! But I am days away from having another baby, and she has regressed a bit with more accidents than normal. Frustrating but we were expecting it!

I am so lucky. My daughter decided one day back in February she didn’t want to wear nappies anymore. She was potty trained within a month. She decided shortly after she didn’t want them at night and that took about another month. She’s been amazing. I can’t give much advice because she did it all herself. X

My son will go if we stick him on there, but wont tell me when he needs to go. I have good days where i stick him on there and he stays dry, but being 35 weeks pregnant i have been having a hard time keeping up with it in too of getting everything ready. I barley have energy for that.

My son was asking for the potty and would pee in it, but once his sister was born (almost a year ago) he refuses to use the potty and doesn’t ask for it anyone 😫 I’m trying to get him to sit on it at least before bedtime while we read books

My son potty trained in March 👏 I couldn't find diapers cuz of Corona so I just told him there aren't anymore diapers.  It was terrible the first 5 days.  Then he got it.

We are out of diapers during day and use them at night (usually dry in morning)- making progress. But we are struggling w getting her to tell us when she has to go so we have accidents if we drop the ball on regular/consistent potty sitting every few hours during the day. Hopefully she will catch on soon🤞🏼
