Sleeping on your left is considered better for circulation, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with sleeping on your right, just be comfortable 😊

Yes that’s totally fine! I think on your back is the only unsafe position. I slept on my stomach for quite a while even. It got uncomfortable before it got unsafe.

Who said that? You can sleep on either side luv. With my girl I've been more comfortable at times on my right side. They just say it's better to lay on your left side for better flow. You can lay on your back too until later in pregnancy.

My gynecologist told me with both pregnancies that I should just sleep anyway I want to. I even slept on my back and had two healthy babies. If you feel uncomfortable, dizzy etc. in a certain position (especially your back) then it's a sign that you need to avoid that position.
