Data Analyst or Web developers?

Are there any data analyst or web developers here? Any advice on how to succeed in these careers

I’m a director in engineering and have analysts and developers in my org. I’d say go with engineering if you have the background. It’s easier to become an analyst and it pays less and doesn’t really have a good career path. Engineering is a much better career. You get to actually build things as opposed to just analyzing other people’s work. If you have more questions I’d be happy to answer.

my bf's a software engineer but he knows full-stack web development so i can ask him about any questions you have !! personally what i've noticed is with most careers, connections are key. of course you still need to be good at coding and such, but if a company is tied between two candidates or equal skills, they usually choose the one they know.
