Miscarriage or no

I need help. My quants tuesday and thursday of this week were: 2017 & 2080.

I talked with a different dr b/c of course mine wasnt in to talk and she said looks like to her that I may be having a miscarriage or another ectopic like last year. She asked if I was having any bleeding or cramps and I have not! So I have to wait for an ultrasound on Tuesday b/Tuesday C memorial day they're closed!!!! Could it be a chance that I'm still pregnant? My nipples are still sore as crap. If anyone can shine some light on this I'd appreciate it. Whether it be good news or bad news I just need answers. I'm going stir crazy waiting!!
