32+5 Lower Left Quadrant Pain

Have any of you ladies experienced sharp stabbing pain in your lower left quadrant (lower left abdomen)?

I just had pain that as my husband says, “made me drop like a sack of potatoes.” It was so bad it made me scream and bring tears to my eyes. It went on for about ten minutes on and off with that same level of intensity. The pain shot down my abdomen to my pelvic region.

The pain is still there but it is less intense and is stretching across all of my lower abdomen now.

What could this be? Is round ligament pain this intense?
