First outbreak
I’m having my first herpes outbreak and there’s a huge sore on my perineum that’s affecting me being able to poop, I almost passed out from the pain when I pooped. I want to hold it but I know it’ll make it worse any advice on how to help soothe going to the bathroom? Any advice is appreciated
