37 weeks pregnant with bad lower back upper butt pain ?

Tried to circle where the pain is at 😩 anyone know if this is normal or not ? It’s starting to become unbearable omg .. it’s like a really sharp sharp PAIN .. it’s making me limp and certain ways I move it hurts even worst to were I end up stopping and literally yell 😭 it’s only on that side too it hurts when I lift the leg to put pants or underwear on.. 😩 does this mean something ?

Could be your sciatic? Does it go down your leg?

This could also be SI joint pain. I had this with my first and it made it hard to walk. Note: si joint pain is different than sciatic pain. Typically joint pain is worse when standing/walking/being active. It can also be painful when laying in certain positions. Si joint point also does not really radiate..it stays centralized where it is..sciatic pain will and can reach your toes. 
Things that helped me was wearing a si joint compression belt. I found mine on amazon for about $20. And once I gave birth it was gone immediately.

I have this and I'm only at 21 weeks. I laid down on the floor to rest while painting my nursery and literally couldn't get up because of that area of my back.

Sciatica for sure and very normal unfortunately. I have had it for the past few weeks and could barely walk. I’m currently 31 weeks. I have been going to the chiropractor, stretching (even though it’s painful), 15 mins of heat and 15 mins of ice. the heat feels amazing, but I was told not to do it too much because all the extra blood flow could cause more inflammation.

Definitely sciatica or piriformis syndrome. I would suggest looking up stretches and putting a heating pad on the area.

Sounds like sciatica. As baby drops lower it can cause sciatic nerve irritation when they move around in the pelvis. Ice packs, stretching, and Tylenol is all you can do. 
If it is happening rhythmically, like every 10 minutes for example, it could be contractions and you should keep a close eye on the timing.
