Hi!

So I’m 29 weeks and the other day I was having some concerning cramping and had been having it lightly for 2 days then on Friday it got much worse and I started to get worried. I called labour and delivery and they told me to come in. I came to the hospital they monitored me and the baby and I was having pretty consistent contractions and my cervix was open 1 cm but baby was good. They kept me over night still having no idea why my contractions were coming and they died down a bit. Sent me home as I was feeling okay and they weren’t concerned but I am now in bed rest. After going home for a few hours I went to the bathroom and lost my mucus plug. Called back they said don’t be too concerned unless the cramping came back just call my dr on Monday and go in early to checked. Well today it w came back rather consistently so I’m back at the hospital and they a bit more concerned this time as the contractions are coming more regular. All they are thinking this is, is an irritable uterus which is very frustrating cause there is nothing to be done for it and they said anytime I have cramping or pain I pretty much just have to come in and get checked out.

Has anyone else had this problem?? Did it turn okay? did you have you have your baby early or just have an uncomfortable third trimester?

Just feeling a bit lost with it all as I don’t want my baby boy to come early!
