Brown spotting

I've been having brown spotting whenever I go to pee and wipe but it goes away for a while then comes back after a day or two. Today I sneezed and some more came out.

So basically it seems to happen when I go pee, pass a bowel movmement or sneeze. I'm so scared I'm hsving a miscarriage or is this something common?

My first ultrasound is scheduled for tomorrow.. Please pray for this mamas heart 😢
