How did you sleep in your 3rd trimester with hour twins/multiples?

What position did you sleep most comfortably? I know regularly during pregnancy you are supposed to sleep on your left side, but my twins seem to get in weird positions when I sleep like this. I worry one twin is getting squished. Lol

It really depended on how I felt at that point. I slept on both sides. And for some reason I was usually more comfortable on my right. But in the end a lot of nights I slept propped up on pillows because of acid reflux and severe back pain.

“How do I sleep? Not well” was my initial thought 🤣 
But I try to get rest with two body pillows, one on each side, two head pillows and this wedge pillow for my belly.. usually most comfortable on my left side. But alternate sides just enough to aid the rib and hip pain.

On both sides alternating once one side starts to get sore. I also use a pregnancy pillow and two other regular pillows to help!

My back. I knew it was advised not to, but it was the best. I made sure I rotated side to side and slept so I wasn’t on my back all night. Some nights I couldn’t help it and woke up on my back and would quickly turn to the side.

I used a pregnancy pillow and slept on my side! A lot of moms I know slept on a recliner
