Painful bump in armpit

Hey all, so I woke up this morning with an incredibly painful spot on my armpit and I can feel a bump under it. Figuring it was an ingrown hair, since I shaved the other day, I tweezed the remaining hair out because I thought it would help, but so far so luck. If that how ingrown hairs in armpits feel and have to I draw it out to relieve some pain.

It’s also a little swollen from the bump underneath, should I be worried?

It’s where the red is, making me assume it’s an ingrown hair that’s too short to attempt to poke through.
