Bloody show or mucus plug

I noticed when I wipe bright red mucus and only happens then but not much else. On and of pressure down there but I’ve had that for weeks now. Dr told me last Friday my cervix was long and closed, could things have changed that quickly?! Never had this happen before with my other babies and I’m 37 weeks yesterday. Should I worry?! Bloody show or mucus plug?!
