Pregnancy Acne foundation recommendations

I’m 29 weeks and my face has completely broken out! I’ve never had pimples before and I haven’t even wore any makeup during this pregnancy. Any recommendations on a type of foundation I can use that wont make me break out even more? I used to get a pimple every now and then but now it’s so bad!! TY!!
