Hi everyone, I am 23 weeks now. I have informed about my pregnancy to my manager long before at about 8 weeks and to one close friend at work at about 18 weeks. Since we have been working from home since March, no one has been able to see me and hence they might not know that I am pregnant. Should I message my colleagues individually and let them know? I dont have close relationships with them but would it look bad If i dont inform them personally? I dount if we will be in Office before I go on maternity leave so I am wondering if it would look bad if I just go on leave without most of them knowing about it.
