Yes indeed. If you keep spotting, call the doc. If your water breaks, call the doc. My son was born at 36 weeks because my whole plug just splooped out and I had to literally wear a pad the bleeding was so heavy. We got to the hospital within 2 hours, and literally just as I got up on the bed my water broke and how! It was like mount vesuvius. 
In other words, keep an eye on your underpants and everytime you wipe.

Yep. I had that at 35 weeks and two hours later my water broke.

Yes I would be calling a doc because of the blood in it. If it wasn't bloody I'd say it's normal and it'll regenerate itself but I would call with blood being in it and you being only 34weeks
