How many hours after nap does your baby stay up before going down for the night?

6ish hours, every day is roughly 10.30 - 12.30/1pm nap then 7pm bed.. Varies only slightly xx

My son is still at about 3.5 hours. If we push it to 4 he gets really hyper and overtired. I figured by now he’d have longer wake times but not yet I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We do 1 nap from 1pm-3:30. Then he's in bed by 8:15pm and falls asleep usually within a half hour.

Wakes up from last nap between 2:30 and 3:30 depending on when he goes to bed between 7:30-8pm.

7ish. One nap a day from about ten to noon ish. Bedtime anywhere between 7-8 depending on his morning nap. Very rarely does he need an afternoon still but if he does these times get thrown off naturally

She takes one nap around noon for 1-1.5hrs and bedtime is around 8:30-9. She sleeps for 12hrs at night.

3:45-4 hours.  He can skip the afternoon nap sometimes, so on those days it would be about 7 hours awake but he is miserable at the end of the day.  He absolutely needs his morning nap at 10am.

If we don’t go out for a bike ride or to the park, our son still takes 2 naps a day: 10ish - 1130ish and 3 - 3:45ish.  He usually goes to bed around 6:45 and sleeps until 7:30am.  This extended sleep is new though, he was sleeping 6:45-6:30 like clockwork.  I’ve been trying to push him to one nap after lunch but he is soooo crabby by 0945 that he NEEDS that 10am nap.  We’ve gone without the afternoon nap, but he turns into a monster by 5.
