Does Preseed work?

Used preseed today for the first time. Wondering if it really does work? What are your experiences with it? Thanks everyone!

We used it, and got pregnant the first time we used it. Ended in miscarriage though

Didn’t work for me. I used coconut oil for the first time this cycle hopefully it worked

Used last month for the first time and nothing. Hopefully in the next round! But I have heard others use it and get pregnant. 
Preseed is supposed to help lubrication and sperm to swim. 
Our problem is that his motility is low so hopefully this does work.
