Is this from my previous twin pregnancy or am I pregnant again? So confused 🤦🏾‍♀️

Update:

Still showing positive pregnancy tests but I’ve been bleeding for 3 days now so I’m thinking it’s a miscarriage. I’ll update again if anything changes.
