How to deal with terrible twos?

My daughter who is 2 and a half never listens. Cries and screams about everything, and I mean everything. She is constantly hitting or throws whatever’s closest to her. Idk if it’s normal, but everyone around me says it is.

I’m a stay at home mom and full time student. I am going CRAZY. I don’t know how to deal with it. There’s times where I just want to scream at her to stop (don’t come at me. I love my daughter very much). It’s getting to the point where I just want to cry because nothing works and I’m so tired. I try the corner, I’ve tried sitting down and talking to her but nothing ever works.

What should I do? I have no patience for this anymore.
