Ramzi Theory at 12 weeks & 4 days

So today i went to the dr had for a prenatal Check up ... everything was going good my dr asked me am i feeling the baby i told her yes she grabbed the Doppler to listen to the heart but we couldn’t find it she grabbed the ultrasound machine and BOOM !! My little peanut was there laying in a weird position that’s why we couldn’t get the heart rate.... the baby head was on the left side and feet and legs were on the right so guessing by that ramzi theory what do you guys think the gender is?? 👀👀
