Does it look like I have gum disease?

Any dental experts?
 admit I havent been brushing and flossing like I should I just do each of them once a day I had an apt today where I had a few 6mm gum pockets and I know anything over 5 is a cause for concern

I’m not a dentist, however I do know that it is very possible that you have a gum disease. I hate to admit it but I’m the same way as you. I found out a few months ago that I have periodontitis.
