3rd pregnancy in 2 years😬

I had 2 babies back to back. Both born in 2019. They’re only 11 months apart and I was afraid of that again so I got an IUD. I keep having really weird symptoms so I took a test. I just had a period maybe 2weeks or so ago but now I am spotting. I haven’t spotted since I first got the IUD in (which they told me is normal). What do you think?😬😅
