My super healthy lunch 🤣

Ok, ladies, I haven't shared the news of my pregnancy with many people yet, so you guys get to hear my food craving story today.

I'm 11w +3 and have had HORRIBLE morning sickness for the past 4-5 days. I had moderate issues with it for most of the first trimester so far, but things got way worse this week. Everything I tried to eat came back up. I resorted to chewing on ice chips because even small sips of water made me sick. But I may have finally hit upon a solution. After a regimen of Vitamin B12 and doxylamine (thanks, Google), I was able to at least stop puking. Well, today, I woke up magically NOT nauseated, and, amazingly, food didn't sound like a terrible idea.

I guess I'm consuming all my lost calories from the last few days in one meal, because, even though I'm normally kind of a health nut, all I wanted was a donut. OK, donuts, plural. And I wanted them immediately. My husband finally talked me down from getting my 🍩 delivered...(am I high-maintenance, or what???) and offered to pick them up for me. He's in my good graces for awhile, at least until the next mood swing.

So now I'm celebrating 24 FULL no-puke hours with pure junk for lunch, and I seriously couldn't be happier.

pregnancy does some weird things to us, doesn't it??? 🤣🤣🤣
