6 Week Scan-No Yolk Sac or Fetal Pole

I went in for my second ultrasound at 6 weeks 2 days, and there was only a gestational sac. I had one a week prior and they saw the gestational sac as well. It grew a little since the previous week but they’re going to bring me in next week for lab work and another ultrasound. If there’s no growth then they’ll diagnose it as a miscarriage. Anyone go through something similar? Is there even hope at this point? I’m certain on the dates, my cycle is very regular.
