Is anyone actually on a daily schedule consistently?

I've been unable to sleep train my babe and after talking to a friend about it she suggested we get on a consistant schedule and I agree and id love to but it's soooo hard for me lol. I need samples.

I go by wake windows so it is not these exact times every day. I watch wake windows and sleepy cues so his windows are anywhere between 2.5-3.5hrs. 
6:15 - wake up/bottle
7:15 - breakfast (real food)
8:45 - nap
9:30 - bottle
12:00 - bottle
12:30 - nap
2:00/2:30 - wake up (+small bottle OR real food snack)
3:30 - bottle
4:00 - nap if he goes down but I don’t force it
Bedtime between 6:30-7:30 depending on if he took that last nap

We are on a combo of schedule and baby-led. 
6:30-7am is wake up, bum change and bottle
2hrs awake and nap for 40-60 minutes
Solids
2hrs awake, bottle and naps for 40-60 minutes
Rinse and repeat until 6:30-7pm bedtime. 
He eats a bottle every 4hrs and has 3 solid meals a day. Gets his Jolly Jumper before bed and playtime is varied between floor, lap and activity chair/exersaucer. Sometimes he wants a snuggle but he’s an independent boy when in comes to sitting and playing.

Switching to a eat play sleep schedule and sleep training (modified) was a game changer for me. I look for sleepy cues- fussiness, droopy eyes, and rubbing eyes then do a routine so he knows we are getting ready for a nap and he’ll fall asleep. When he wakes I feed him then he plays. It isn’t the exact same times every day but it generally occurs around the same times every day. He is typically takes three naps a day following that schedule.

I go by wake times. If he’s still sleeping at 8am I wake him up. If he wakes before 8am, I leave him until then. He never cries, but chats to himself in the crib so I don’t feel bad doing this. So once he’s awake I get him dressed and feed him a bottle. Then around 9 I feed him purées and we play for a bit. First nap is at 10am. Then the rest of the day depends on how his first nap was. We’ve been doing 2.25 hour wake windows, so that’s when he has his next 2 naps, and then bedtime is 2.5 hours after last nap. He eats at 8am, 11/11:30, 2/2:30, 5ish, and 7ish. Naps are an ongoing struggle here, so until those become more constant, are days really depend on baby.

We are sort of on a schedule now. She wakes up between 6:30-7:15 then has 2-3 hour wake windows. Her naps are all over the place (sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 1.5 hours) so we can’t have a set schedule. Goes to bed between 7:15-8:10ish.

We don’t have a strict schedule but we have General times for things. 9ish first nap. 1ish second nap. 430ish third nap. 8ish bedtime. She has been waking up for the day around 730ish.

No strict schedule because we are very busy bodies and always doing things. I don’t want him to rely on a certain schedule in case we are out or on vacation. He does do almost the same thing every day. And my mom watches him 1 or 2x a week and she does her own thing with him. We just try to not have more than  2hr wake windows and no nap after 5:15. He eats on demand with me and every 3hrs with my mom. Bedtime is at 7 and wake time is anywhere around 8-9am.

Not a true schedule, no. But we are on a routine. He was up between 6:30 and 8 every day (generally about 7:30 but it varies a bit) and he is usually awake about 2 hours, 2 hours and 10 minutes. Then he naps, and we repeat until it gets evening time. We try to make sure he's up 2.5-3 hours before bedtime because otherwise he fights it so hard and it takes over an hour to get him down.
