Anyone else? Nipple eczema and breastfeeding

So I have nipple eczema and I stopped seeing the GP a couple of years ago it just wasn’t getting better and I’ve been managing it with cream myself. It doesn’t hurt, itch, bleed or anything but it causes my nipple to be constantly cracked. Then on top of that I have extremely flat nipples🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve put on weight over the years I still look slim and that’s because it ALL went to my boobs and I hate them, they are floppy, extremely large, one is now much bigger than the other I’ve been think of a breast reduction but there’s no way I can afford it (went from a C to an E/F) ANYWAY that caused me to stop seeking help for my eczema I was too self conscious about my breasts. I’m now 39 weeks pregnant and I really want to breastfeed. I’m going to give it my all but I’m so nervous about the midwives/doctors/consultants seeing my breasts and nipples hence why I’ve left it so late😒 Now I’m worried I should have brought it up earlier and I won’t be able to breastfeed because of that. Has anyone else had issues with mainly breast eczema and/or flat nipples? Have you successfully breastfed?
