What do y’all use

What do you guys use for your time of the month? I bleed really heavy and I’m currently having to use tampons and panty liners or pads depending on the day this is my first period of of the depo and the pill (my OB put me on both because I was bleeding for months at a time with no cause) I wanted to try the diva cup but I’m really nervous to for some weird reason also what are some good ways to relieve cramps I’m unable to sleep or really do much of anything besides lay in bed and binge watch Netflix any help/ tips is greatly appreciated!💓
