#8monthspostpartum after #babynumber3 now!💪🏼 Progress is being MADE.😈 Took a couple months off over the holidays after our family got some difficult news.😳 I just wanted to soak up the holidays with the fam and think about nothing else!🙅🏻♀️ Not logging in MyFitnessPal, not reverse-dieting, NOTHING. #memoriesovermacros 💯

I still tried to balance my indulgences with healthy choices🥗 and daily exercise, but my efforts weren’t perfect and I actually ended up gaining a couple pounds.🤷🏻♀️ #ohwell

Now here I am, four weeks into “caring again”😆 after a full day of eating, even some weekend dairy🧀🙊 (which doesn’t really like me). Pretty happy with the results so far, even though I have a ways to go!

I am following my own #StrongMomSystem.📒 I keep saying “coming soon”... just know life threw a curve ball but I am finishing it!🙃 Stoked with how readily I can make progress just by doing my 30-minute workouts and making simple meals our whole family loves!❤️

Anyway, giving myself a 12-week deadline to see where I can get before I reverse-diet again.🙌 Excited to see what happens😜 ‼️And ps: ALWAYS reverse-diet in between fat loss phases‼️ Why? Because the longer you diet, the more metabolic rate slows... until fat loss is painfully SLOW, and fat gain becomes frustratingly EASY.😭 Reverse-dieting is KEY for getting results and actually keeping them.💯

Otherwise, still breastfeeding🤱🏻, still not sleeping through the night💀, still planning to lease out our house and move in a couple months. Life goes on.🤪

Like I‘ve said, don’t put your goals on HOLD because life isn’t perfect. It never will be! Keep making small daily efforts and over time they will add up to something extraordinary😉
