TOP 5 WAYS TO STAY SANE while stuck at home😅 (and yes that’s TP in the background lol... don’t hate😆) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ Get yourself (and any kids) ready in the morning! It provides a much needed sense of normalcy and “put togetherness.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Plan 3-4 productive things to accomplish each day✅ (today it was clean the bathrooms, test/photograph a recipe, and make important phone calls) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ Get some exercise and fresh air🏃🏻‍♀️ (even 15 minutes)! Today I did a home workout from my own #StrongMomSystem and some yard work😅 but there are so many GREAT home workouts! Some of my faves include @homebodysculpt, @jsatter_fitness, @mrs.sweendogg, @getmomstrong, @deliciouslyfitnhealthy, @taymac_fit, @fit_yogamom, @valentinalequeux, @theperfect20_workout, @master.trainer.mommy, @28unlocked, @pittmanfit, @bodybybrookenj, and @fitnessblender on YouTube. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4️⃣ Prioritize good nutrition.🍎🥑🍠🥕🥦So far I‘ve had luck ordering through @instacart for Costco, Sprouts, Aldi and Kroger. Dry goods and frozen stuff may be out of stock, but you can always #mealprep fresh foods, then freeze for a month or more (see my stories). I’ve also been taking my supplements and drinking a gallon per day!💦 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5️⃣ Do something FUN each day! Today, the girls and I did a bunch of word puzzles and mazes. Yesterday we baked🍪 and played hide-and-seek! If you don’t have kids, maybe reignite an old hobby you haven’t had time for (painting, music, crafting) or start a gratifying project (refinish that table or organize that closet). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I can’t lie and say I’m “enjoying” being cooped up but it hasn’t been too bad and we have everything we need.
