Hell to the no! No one is kissing my baby anywhere. Why do people think that social distancing magically doesn’t apply to babies?? 
We made an exception recently and let my mom hold baby for the first time at 6 weeks. We had all been isolated for at least 2 weeks, we all wore masks, and she washed her hands before (for baby’s safety) and after (for her own safety). We didn’t hug. She didn’t hug or touch my other kids. 
I have pictures of her holding the baby, mask on, eyes full of tears. It was hard, but it’s the smart thing to do for everyone’s health. I don’t want my kids or my parents getting sick.
