Contractions?

Since last night I’ve been having sharp shooting pains and cramps pretty often in my lower belly. I was thinking it was just normal discomfort at first but it woke me up last night which hasn’t happened before.

It’s a sharp pain and doesn’t last long maybe a few seconds. Baby girl is also super active today.

Does this sound like the start of contractions? Or just lightening crotch?

I’m 38w4d and had a membrane strip morning before last. My right boob has also been weirdly sore since last night as well
