my usual pms symptoms are JUST swollen breasts ( 4/10 on the pain scale ) and cramps (4-5 days before my period ) this time its strongg headaches , and strong cramps that make my stomach feel empty even if i ate. swollen/tingling breasts (7/10 on pain scale) and im going to the bathroom a whole lot more than before with the same liquid intake as usual. Please let me know what you guys think . i usual have spotting a day before my period but i got nothing so far.
