Spotting while on combination pills

Ugh so I been on the combo pills for over 6 months and it’s great I love being on the pills vs other forms of birth control. I always try to take my pill at the same time but sometimes I get busy and take it a few hours later. Lately I been having a lot of dreams that I’m pregnant. Maybe because I over think. And I been having heart burn when I lay down. I only had it when I was pregnant before. I’m so tired and lacking energy. Last week I had what felt like period cramps but not period. And yesterday when I woke up I had brown blood in my underwear. It was a little bit but I soaked through onto my shorts. All day I had brown discharge when I wiped and today the blood turned more pink red and got a little on my underwear. It’s not a real period. I took a pregnancy test it was negative. I should not start my period for another week. I also choose to skip my “periods” a lot.
