Painful sex

Hi guys. ****note**** I have endometriosis & i got a laparoscopy in Aug. 2019 to remove what was there of endometriosis. & I also have a retroverted uterus. I’m 20 years old.

Lately sex has been a lil painful. Today my boyfriend & I were having Intercourse & it was all great, I felt a little bother on my right (the pink dots in the picture) but I ignored it because it’s not the first time I get an uncomfortable feeling during sex.

After maybe like 40 minutes in. I pushed him slightly off me because I felt an intense cramp on the pelvic area (where the orange dots are in the picture.) I laid down for a bit but the pain was strong so I went and had a Motrin 800.

If I made a sudden movement I would feel the pain and if I laughed too.

Then I got extremely nauseated but after the painkillers kicked in, the symptoms went away. But now I can still feel a little bother (pink dots In pic.)

What could it be?? I am very worried & I just don’t want it to be endometriosis coming back or something worse...
