This post is for the ladies who opted for no epidural

How the hell do you get through labor naturally? I was dilated to 6 when i got an epidural. I felt like i was dying.

I’d love to give birth naturally my second time around because the epidural killed my whole labor experience. It made my blood pressure drop, and the whole time i was vomiting and felt soooo ill. I have a low pain tolerance and not sure i could handle a natural birth.

How’d you do it?!!! What was the experience like? Did you regret not getting an epidural?
