Quitting breastfeeding
I made the decision to slowly ease out of breastfeeding. My baby is only 8 days old and already I am quitting. I haven’t had any issues with my supply but it has been taking a toll on me mentally. I am feeling so guilty because I feel like I’m stopping for very selfish reasons.
