Bicornuate Uterus? Advice please

Question

I had a 5 week early scan yesterday and have a yolk sac visible. The nurse said I have a Bicornuate Uterus. Apparently this carries a high risk of preterm birth and second trimester miscarriage. 
I have never been so worried. Are the risks inevitable? Am I more likely to have a healthy full-term pregnancy or more likely to go through this trauma? I am 21, no health problems. Any advice would much much appreciated, I am worried sick :(

Hi there, 
I started spotting at 8 weeks with my son, I had a scan that confirmed bicornuate uterus. I was told I might bleed on and off until around 16 weeks but other than that I should be fine. 
I had a major bleed at 12 weeks. Baby was in the right side, all the bleeding came from the left. 
I had another major bleed at 14 weeks and then no more. Baby was growing happily on the right side. 
At 20 weeks we were referred for specialist scans as baby’s legs were measuring a couple of weeks behind. They then found resistance in the blood flow in the cord and I was monitored with weekly then twice weekly scans until 32 weeks when my baby eventually stopped growing and he was delivered via emergency c section. 
Doctors were very reassuring that this was a complete fluke. Nothing to do with my uterus just the cord hadn’t formed and there was nothing I did or could have done to prevent it. 
They also said that it would be unlikely to happen again and I had every chance of carrying to term and delivering naturally. 
You will have an increased risk of c section as once baby gets to a certain size they won’t be able to flip to head down if they are breech.

Hello.
I have a didelphic uterus. Very similar. 
Let me first say, I completely understand all the nerves. I’m 30 now and found out I had the condition around 25 when I became pregnant. I had a miscarriage around 6-7 weeks. However, this was likely because I had an IUD in one side of my uterus. Crazy!
I became pregnant again last year. I had a small bleed around 9 weeks. Something called a subchorionic hematoma. Very common. 
Other than that, my pregnancy was very normal and I had no other hiccups. I was monitored closely, had more frequent doctors visits and had a scheduled c section.  The pregnancy was basically treated like I was having multiples since she had the normal room in there. 
Try not to worry! My obgyn assured me MANY women with double uterus have very safe and healthy pregnancies.
