Spotting for a week, now heavy bleeding???

Yes, that happens to me every month. A week of spotting and then 3 days of bleeding. 
Dr says everything is normal, and I'm ovulating.

That’s happening to me now for the first time. I was spotting for a week and thought i had an early period. And how its getting heavier, like a normal period. Never happened to me before.
