Condom is too tight?

Question

A friend of mine told me that she went on birth control because condoms don’t work for her boyfriend. Apparently he is an average 5.5 and that leaves the condom band a bit thicker at the bottom. She claims that it was cutting circulation for an erection, therefore they stopped using condoms. Is this an actual thing? I stopped using condoms due to something similar(my bf could not stay hard long enough) but I have never heard of it cutting circulation. Please help!!

This is NOT a thing. I remember my health teacher doing a similar demonstration in class with her arm... she said, never let a man tell you the condom doesn't fit, and then pulled it down to her elbow. Condoms are meant to fit all kinds of penises. 5.5 should not need a larger size, unless he's like ultra wide. Even so, they do make magnums. He probably doesn't like how it feels. But they make ultra thin, which-from what I hear- is pretty darn good. And really, trust me, it's not gonna stop a guy from getting off!

It does affect some guys from staying hard but it shouldn’t be to where u can’t use them. Magnums might just be what u need. Female condoms are another option although they aren’t the most comfortable thing, they do rub ur clit for u though.

Prolly not but we stopped using condoms cuz i hate them. Also went on birth control 10 years ago because my periods are immobilizing and 7 to 8 days long so 2 birds with 1 stone.
