Period talk seriously

I had recently posted about the problem that I had going on and I was getting worried about not getting my period. My period had been late by almost two months and about 7 days ago I thought I got it because I went to the bathroom in the morning and I was bleeding. However, around noon, the bleeding stopped completely and just today I’m bleeding again. I’m not sure on what’s going on and I need some advice 😖 I’m 16 and I’m new here and this is my second time posting again I hope I get some advice. A little background info: My last period dates are Feb 25th to March 1st and I had intercourse on March 24th but we used a condom and he pulled out. On April 2nd I had surgery and they did a pregnancy test on me annd it came out negative so I’m just kinda waiting now 🙁
