Why would I receive a flashing smiley after I ovulated? Anyone have experience with this

My RE told me typically if you do not ovulate by cycle day 22/23 more than likely it will not happen. If for some reason you were to ovulate later than that time then the egg would not be viable for pregnancy.

You could be pregnant, clearblue sometimes mistakes low values of Hcg for LH , or you could be expecting your period

I ovulated late on CD26 this month. I used Mira to confirm. I have PCOS and have multiple spikes but this one was clearly way higher than any others I had. Having a longer Follicular Phase doesn’t mean anything horrible. Just took 27 days for your egg to mature and release from the follicle. As long as your luteal phase is more than 10 days you are fine.

Or you didn’t ovukate the first time and it’s your body trying again

It’s possible if you are expecting your period in the next few days. LH is high again before, during, and after your period.
